The new movie from Walt Disney Animation Studios is a 3D adventure inspired by the Ice Queen: the bold princess Anna (voiced by Kristen Bell) tries to reconnect with her sister after Elsa magically condemns his kingdom to an eternal winter.

No magic powers -to my knowledge- were used to cover Hollywood Blvd. with snow for the ‘Frozen’ World Premiere (in theaters November 27th everywhere). The carpet was white but the atmosphere couldn’t be warmer. All the actors and filmmakers showed how passionate and happy they were to be part of this fantastical tale of fraternal love.

Desde Hollywood talked to Bell (Anna), Santino Fontana (Hans), Josh Gad (Olaf), the songwriter/composer duo of Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez, and the creators of the wonderful short ‘Get a Horse!’, Lauren Macmullan and Dorothy Mckim. Enjoy our our exclusive video interviews and photos from the event.

“Fearless optimist Anna (voice of Kristen Bell) sets off on an epic journey—teaming up with rugged mountain man Kristoff (voice of Jonathan Groff) and his loyal reindeer Sven—to find her sister Elsa (voice of Idina Menzel), whose icy powers have trapped the kingdom of Arendelle in eternal winter. Encountering Everest-like conditions, mystical trolls and a hilarious snowman named Olaf, Anna and Kristoff battle the elements in a race to save the kingdom.”

The film is directed by Chris Buck (“Tarzan,” “Surf’s Up”) and Jennifer Lee (screenwriter, “Wreck-It Ralph”), and produced by Peter Del Vecho (“Winnie the Pooh,” “The Princess and the Frog”). Walt Disney Animation Studios’ “Frozen” comes to theaters in 3D November 27th.
