Our own Carlos Otero recently attended a special preview event in New York of “INSURGENT – SHATTER REALITY.”

The Virtual Reality Experience immerses fans for four minutes into the world of the upcoming Lionsgate film The Divergent Series: Insurgent, featuring appearances by Kate Winslet, Miles Teller and Mekhi Phifer.

The VR experience, made possible by Samsung, goes on tour in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Austin and San Francisco prior to going live across all platforms and app stores.

The sequel, directed by Robert Schwentke (The Time Traveler’s Wife, RED), also stars Shailene Woodley, Theo James, Ansel Elgort, Jai Courtney, Naomi Watts, Maggie Q, Zoë Kravitz, Ashley Judd, and Octavia Spencer.
