The new sci-fi adventure STAR TREK BEYOND completes a great trilogy that started in 2009.

I was fortunate to attend the press conference in Los Angeles a few days ago, where the talents responsable for this funny and action-packed entry talked about everything, including the sad losses of Leonard Nimoy and Anton Yelchin.

The film, directed by Justin Lin (Fast & Furious 6, Fast Five), stars Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Karl Urban, Simon Pegg, Idris Elba, Zoe Saldana, Yelchin, John Cho, Sofia Boutella, and Deep Roy.

STAR TREK BEYOND will be released in theaters on July 22.

In “Beyond,” the Enterprise crew explores the furthest reaches of uncharted space, where they encounter a mysterious new enemy who puts them and everything the Federation stands for to the test.
