On Tuesday May the 5th Grammy-nominated, platinum recording artist and Furious 7 star will debut his “Black Rose” album in free “5 Towers” concert performance at Universal CityWalk.

“Expected to attract hundreds of enthusiastic fans, Tyrese Gibson’s free “5 Towers” concert performance will feature a selection of R&B / hip-hop songs from his long-awaited solo album, “Black Rose,” including the track, “Shame,” an emotional ballad featured in the upcoming 22-minute Paul Hunter-directed short film, co-starring Jennifer Hudson. “Black Rose” will be released in July.

A meet and greet will follow the concert for select fans who advance purchase exclusive merchandise. Photos will be taken by Tyrese’s team and posted on his web site.”

The actor is also part of Universal Studios Hollywood’s new thrill ride, “Fast & Furious—Supercharged” opening on June 25.
