Combining for the first time American wrestling with Mexican lucha libre, “Lucha Underground” promises to deliver the most spectacular fights ever seen. Created by mega producer Mark Burnett’s One Three Media for Robert Rodriguez’ El Rey Network, the show features some of the best athletes/performers of this discipline.

Desde Hollywood was invited to visit The Temple, a reconditioned warehouse in the famous LA neighborhood of Boylen Heights where the series is taped. Watch our exclusive video below to see and hear some of the “Lucha Underground” stars, including Konnan and his protégé Prince Puma, Johnny Mundo, Catrina with Chavo Guerrero Jr., the tournament’s owner Dario Cueto (Luis Fernandez), and Sexy Star.
