The second trailer for POLTERGEIST shows visually rich sequences, with the kind of special effects that aren’t common in small horror films. The new video hints at a movie big in scope, both technically and in it’s narrative.

The remake of the 1982’s classic, directed by Gil Kenan (City of Ember, Monster House), stars Sam Rockwell, Rosemarie DeWitt, Jared Harris, and Kennedi Clements.

POLTERGEIST will be released in 2D and 3D on May 22nd.
